Meet Charlotte, Programmes Administrator

The lovely Charlotte is our Programmes Administrator and has been part of the Look Good Feel Better family for 5 years.

Charlotte’s role is key for the charity and involves scheduling workshops, liaising with volunteers and supporting our beneficiaries by helping them to book onto a workshop, answering questions and making sure they are able to access all of our services.

Charlotte said:

“As everyone in the team knows, my favourite thing to do is talk, which is why my role is perfect for me!

I love chatting to our amazing volunteers, I’m humbled by the time, effort and skills they put into our Workshops to make our beneficiaries look and feel amazing, and I love to chat with our beneficiaries, hearing their stories, supporting them when they just need a friendly voice at the end of the phone and making sure they are able to utilise all of our services so that we can help them feel so much better.”
