Look Good Feel Better launch “Spring Into Action”
April 2, 2026Behind every workshop we deliver, every moment of connection we create, and every person who leaves feeling more like themselves again… there’s someone who chose to act.
This spring, we’re inviting more people to Spring Into Action and get involved.
Turning intention into action
Over the past few months, we’ve shared how support begins, how it starts with individuals choosing to give their time, raise funds, or stand alongside others during cancer treatment.
Spring Into Action is about taking that first step.
Whether that’s volunteering your skills, fundraising in a way that fits your life, or simply learning and sharing more about what we do. Every action helps us reach more people when they need it most.
Why it matters
Cancer treatment doesn’t just affect the body. It can impact confidence, identity and emotional wellbeing in ways that are often unseen.
Our workshops are designed to support people through those changes, offering practical advice, a sense of normality, and the chance to connect with others in a similar situation.
Last year alone, we supported over 14,000 people across the UK.
And with growing demand, we know there are many more who could benefit from this support.
A growing community
This work is only possible because of the community around us.
Our volunteers bring warmth, expertise and reassurance into every workshop.
Our fundraisers take on challenges, host events and rally support in creative ways.
Our partners help us reach new communities and expand our services across the UK.
Together, this community makes our work possible.
How you can get involved
There’s no single way to take action.
You might choose to:
- volunteer your time and skills
- fundraise in a way that feels right for you
- support a campaign or event
- help spread the word
Every action, no matter how small it may seem, contributes to something much bigger.
This spring
This spring, we’re not asking for grand gestures.
We’re inviting you to take a step.
Because support grows when people come together to act.
And more people facing cancer can feel supported, understood and less alone.
