We’re delighted to be building a partnership with 4Leisure Recruitment, brought to life by a very special connection.

Lizi Turner, Divisional Manager at 4Leisure, is also a long-standing Look Good Feel Better volunteer. Having seen first-hand the impact of our workshops, she has helped bring this collaboration into her workplace.

We recently caught up with Lizi, who first discovered Look Good Feel Better at just 20 years old:

“I initially wanted to volunteer with Look Good Feel Better because of my passion for makeup. When I saw the advert for volunteers, I thought what a nicer way to give back to a group of ladies who are going through a really difficult time. I can share my knowledge and passion and just take everybody away from the difficult time they are going through.”

In May, we’ll be hosting a Skincare & Makeup Masterclass at 4Leisure’s Uxbridge HQ, led by Lizi, supporting 10-15 individuals undergoing cancer treatment while giving the team the opportunity to get involved and experience the impact of our work first-hand.

This collaboration marks the beginning of what we hope will be a meaningful and lasting partnership. Together, we’re exploring ways to:

• Raise awareness of our services
• Support more people through our cancer support workshops
• Encourage employee volunteering
• Take on fundraising challenges to support our work

At its heart, this partnership is built on shared values, compassion, community, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel like themselves, even during the most difficult times. Stay tuned for more details.
