Look Good Feel Better

Netball Tournament to Return in 2022

With the sport and indoor events still facing much uncertainty around the pandemic, the team at Look Good Feel Better have made the difficult decision to postpone our much loved and very popular charity netball tournament until 2022. We will continue to monitor the situation but for now we feel that to deliver a high-quality and safe event for our supporters, the most sensible option is to delay until next year when indoor sporting events can resume as normal.

This comes as a blow to the charity and to England Netball who have been working in partnership to deliver this fantastic event for three years. Jess Rogers (Head of Competitions & Events for England Netball) tells us…

“It’s very disappointing for all involved that the Look Good Feel Better netball tournament has had to be postponed. We had every hope of it going ahead in October 2020 but the restrictions surrounding mass-participation events is ongoing. Our delivery team, umpires and pro-players love being a part of this special event and we look forward to working with everyone at Look Good Feel Better to deliver the biggest and best tournament in 2022.”

The tournament has to date raised over £121,000 for the charity and following a very successful two day event in 2019, we were looking forward to reliving the excitement again in October 2020, but sadly this was not to be.

Our priority is to ensure the health and wellbeing of all our supporters and employees so by delaying to 2022, we can go ahead with confidence to deliver an uncompromised tournament which continues to provide participants with a unique opportunity to play at London’s Copper Box Arena whilst raising vital funds for the charity.

(All existing registered players will be refunded and registrations for 2022 will open in Summer 2021).
